Description

Enjoy a combination pack of delicious bratwurst specialties from Carinthia. Only lean, local beef and pork are processed by hand to make these sausages. Enjoy a mix of sausages flavoured with finely chopped Carinthian bacon, curry or the classic spice mix based on the family recipe. There's something for everyone in this set!

Preparation:

  • Cook on a medium-hot grill or in a lightly greased frying pan on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. The sausages should be turned until they have a light tan colour on all sides.
