Description
Colomba cakes are traditional, fluffy natural sourdough cakes that are enjoyed at Easter in Italy. Galup's traditional bakery in Piedmont bakes their classic cakes using purely organic ingredients. Candied orange peel and a hazelnut glaze with coarse sugar and whole almonds decorate this wonderful cake.
