With the practical GEFU SPIRELLI® Spiral Slicer, you can instantly conjure up endless julienne strips, perfect for raw vegetable salads, decorative garnishes, or delicious vegetable noodles. The ultra-light design sits optimally in your hand thanks to the ergonomic plastic handle with a rubberised underside, guaranteeing a secure grip during use.

The blades, crafted from extremely sharp Japanese blade steel, are 8.5 cm long and cut effortlessly through firm vegetables up to 5 cm in diameter. You can choose between two different julienne sizes: fine 2 x 3 mm or slightly more robust 3.5 x 5 mm. Locking stainless steel pins in the vegetable holder ensure a secure grip on your vegetable from the start, allowing you to utilise it almost entirely without waste. After the creative fun in the kitchen, simply place the spiral slicer straight into the dishwasher, as it is completely dishwasher-safe.
