Description
Get your day off to a great start with this delicious vegan porridge!
Tigernut is not really a nut. It is the tuber that grows at the end of the roots of a variety of sedge called Cyperus esculentus. It has a naturally sweet taste and lends the porridge its sweetness.
The porridge has no added sugar and contains no gluten or lactose. The fine aroma of apple and cinnamon makes it a delicious treat for breakfast.
Method of preparation:
Add enough water to cover the porridge in a bowl. Wait for it get absorbed and enjoy!
Note:
Store the product in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place!
