Description
The chocolate pepper is collected in certified wild collection on the south side of the Nepalese Himalayas, near the Para Wildlife Reserve. The spice provides a typical peppery-ness in combination with a slightly numbing spiciness. The product is collected on an area of about 4 hectares and the peppercorns are dried in a specially developed drying tunnel using by solar power.
Preparation:
- Goes well with meat and poultry, especially with game. Also nice with fruits like strawberries or desserts.
