• Boiled, stuffed, or smoked cabbage is back in vogue! Nowadays it is easy to preserve any kind of veggies! 

Use this seasoning salt for sauerkraut, red cabbage and other vegetables. The spice goes well with cabbage rolls, stews or Irish stew, broccoli and turnips.

Preparation Tip:

• For homemade stuffed cabbage, use 16 g of "Edeltraut" instead of 10 grams of salt in a  traditional recipe.
