Description

The Organic Moon Milk Refresh is the ideal warm or cold evening drink for days when you just can't seem to turn off your thoughts. The Ayurvedic spice mixture contains soothing spices that reduce your stress levels after a busy day.
The mixture contains ashwagandha, lavender, tiger nuts and oat flakes. Lemon myrtle ensures the fresh taste and spirulina gives the Moon Milk its wonderful lime green colour - completely naturally!
Contents of pack: 5 single portions sachets of 5 g each
Preparation recommendation:
- Heat 100–150 ml milk, oat drink or another plant-based drink, add a sachet of Moon Milk, mix with a hand blender or whisk & enjoy. You can also foam it up with a milk frother. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
