Hink Wien Catfish

The catfish is soft and yet compact and almost completely bone-free. With its sweet taste, it is very enjoyable with fresh rosemary and makes for a real culinary delight.

Only freshly caught fish from Radlberg's ponds is processed by the Eishken Estate. Canned in cold-pressed rapeseed oil from the Fandler Öhlmühle and flavoured with fresh rosemary, it is a very tasty treat.
