Description

If you decide - after consultation with a paediatrician, midwife or lactation specialist - to switch from breastfeeding partially or completely to infant formula, you can feed your baby with HiPP Bio PRE Combiotik® Infant Formula starting at birth. The formula is now available pre-mixed and ready to drink in a resealable, BPA-free polyethylene bottle.

PRE Combiotik® contains natural lactic acid cultures, DHA (an omega-3 fatty acid) and lactose as carbohydrate.

Recommended amount: The amounts mentioned in the table below are the manufacturer's recommendations and are guidelines only. Please note that this amount can vary for each baby and also from day to day. You can offer it to your baby on demand, just like breast milk.

Preparation:

  1. Before opening the seal, make sure the seal is undamaged and shake the bottle vigorously.
  2. Pour the required amount of formula according to the table into a clean, sterilised bottle.
  3. Please warm the bottle in a water bath and not in a microwave (risk of overheating!).
  4. Check the temperature (approx. 37°C = lukewarm) before you feed your baby.
  5. Leftovers of warmed up formula that has been offered to your baby should not for stored for reuse later and should be disposed of immediately. The open container of unheated and unused ready to drink formula can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours at 4 -6°C.
