Chili bean Salad
200g cooked scarlet runner beans
1 green pepper
1 clove of garlic
½ chili pod
Salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika, cumin, marjoram
100ml of soup
Chop the onion, garlic and chilli, and sauté in oil. Dice the peppers and tomatoes, add them to the boiled beans and fry for 3 minutes.
Pour in the soup, add the spices and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
The beans can be frozen well when cooked. Simply thaw and briefly pour into hot water, they'll taste like they were freshly cooked.
