Hütter Turkey & Chicken Pasture-Raised Duck - 3 kg

Fresh duck from the Hütter family farm - serve as a roast for a festive family meal over the holidays. Whole duck, cleaned and gutted with organs included separately.

Meal planning: An average portion size is about 0.5 kg to 0.75 kg of meat per person.

Every morning at the Hütter family farm, the geese and ducks waddle out of their cosy barn and onto the pasture. The geese march out in a single file whereas the ducks are more chaotic. The first stop is at the water trough where they stretch their muscles. They feed on the lush grass of the pasture and are fed with grains grown on their own land. Goose and duck are commonly served as part of a festive meal on St Martin's day and Christmas in Styria.
