Description

These Frankfurter sausages are made from the best Austrian pork in Southeast Styria. Many are not aware of the difference between a Wiener sausage and a Frankfurter and believe that it is one and the same sausage. The difference, however, is that Frankfurters can only consist of pork. The Wiener sausage, on the other hand, is a mixture of beef and pork.

Preparation: The water should never boil excessively! Heat the sausages in hot water for about 8 minutes.

Tastes great with mustard and a bread roll or with Gulasch juice
