Description

These fine sausages are made with the best turkey and cheese from Austria. Due to the turkey meat, they are leaner than conventional Käsekrainer and are a great alternative.

Preparation

Frying: Gently fry on all sides over medium heat until the skin is crispy. (Tip: so that the skin of the sausage does not burst open, just prick several times before preparation)
Alternatively: Simply bring a pot of water to the boil, remove from the hob and let the sausages soak in it for about 15 minutes.
