Description
Yakisoba Sauce by ITA-SAN combines sweet and savoury flavours in a ready-to-use seasoning sauce. Based on soy sauce, the recipe is rounded off with fruity apple purée, tomato purée, onions and spirit vinegar.
Add it to fried noodles, rice, tofu or crisp vegetables after stir-frying, or use it to marinate and glaze chicken, pork or fish. The sauce coats ingredients well and gives them an appetising glossy finish.
Highlights at a glance:
- Fruity, savoury flavour: Made with soy sauce, apple purée, tomato purée and onions.
- Ready to use: Makes it easy to season dishes without additional mixing while cooking.
- Versatile: Ideal with fried noodles, rice, tofu, vegetables and meat.
- Glossy finish: Particularly well suited to glazing and marinating.
