Labonca Biohof Gewürzrillettes Minced Meat Spread
A French style spread
This savoury French-style spread uses coarsely minced pork that has been stewed for about six hours with vegetables and spices. In this way, the individual ingredients really develop their flavours. The spread is filled into glasses and boiled for two hours at 80 ° C. Special spices like nutmeg, anise, cinnamon, cloves and coriander give this spread its delicious notes.
