LaSelva Organic Strozzapreti

This delicious pasta is made with 100% organic durum wheat from Tuscany. The wheat is ground, processed into a dough and extruded through perforated bronze discs. The pasta is then gently dried thus preserving the flavour.

The bronze die extrusion process results in a roughened surface texture which holds sauces well. It also ensures that the paste remains firm to the bite when cooked. Suitable for all pasta dishes. Enjoy the fine flavours of Italy in your home!
