Description

Prepare a comforting country-style classic with Organic Seasoning Mix for Meat Strips by Lebensbaum. It helps you make a smooth, aromatic sauce for a satisfying pan-cooked meal.

About this product:

  • Aromatic herb blend: Roasted red onions, wild garlic, lovage, mace and a fresh hint of lime create a layered flavour.
  • Quick & easy: Makes a smooth, creamy sauce for your favourite dish with little effort.
  • Versatile options: Enjoy with meat or make a vegetarian version with briefly pre-soaked soya strips.

Directions:

  • Fry 250 g meat strips (or 100 g pre-soaked soya strips) in hot oil.
  • Add 150 g sliced mushrooms and fry briefly.
  • Stir in 200 ml water, 200 g cream and the contents of the sachet.
  • Bring the sauce to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for approx. 3 minutes.
  • Serve with spätzle, rice or potatoes.
