Marcato Impastatrici Attachment - Capellini

This accessory for the "Pasta Fresca" pasta machine is a high-quality attachment for making capellini.
Capellini are a type of long, thin pasta with a square shape and a diameter of 1 mm. Set the dough thickness dial on the pasta machine to 8 or 9 to make this variety.

The aluminium rollers have a slightly roughened surface which results in making pasta with a slightly rougher surface. This helps sauces adhere better.

Assembly:
The accessory can be easily attached thanks to the bayonet connection on the side of the machine. Once it is installed, it is perfectly stable.

Cleaning:
With a cloth or a brush. Combs are removable. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
