This organic spelt pasta has a width of 9 mm and it makes any dish look nice. We process our organic spelt flour from our partner farmer in the Rhine Valley in Vorarlberg and the Martinshof organic free range eggs from our facilities in Buch and Koblach into our organic spelt pasta. The noodles are ORGANIC as well as REGIONAL. The production takes place directly at our farms. We use 4 freshly whipped organic free-range eggs per kilogram of noodles.
