Description
The white wine balsamic vinegar by Mautner's Specialties is produced exclusively from the "Gemischter Satz" grape variety and was then refined using grape concentrate. Afterwards it was aged in oak barrels. The sweet and acidic taste and goes perfectly with fish, pasta, salads and light sauces.
