This wonderfully colourful and flavourful mixture features vegetables pickled in vinegar. The veggies make a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of hot and cold dishes and can also be enjoyed alone as a small snack or supper. The mixture includes peppers, green tomatoes, cubed cucumbers, carrot slices and fine cauliflower florets.
