Mill & Mortar Black Salt Flakes

These extraordinary salt flakes come from underground salt springs in Villena, Spain. They are harvested by hand and dried by the Alicante wind in the Mediterranean sun. The salt is then mixed with activated carbon, which gives it its black colour.
