Description

This exclusive balsamic vinegar is aged in oak barrels and delights with an intense balsamic scent. On the palate, it develops a balanced and bittersweet taste that perfectly complements cheese and meat and also pairs deliciously with strawberries and sorbets.

  • The vinegar is produced in Reggio Emilia and Modena. The only ingredients used in the vinegar are grape must (at least 20%), wine vinegar (at least 10%) and Aceto Invecchiato that has been matured for at least 10 years.
  • The IGP abbreviation stands for indicazione geografica protetta - protected geographical indication. It identifies regional products with specific characteristics. At least one step in the manufacturing process of the product must be made in a particular region. This process is verified by a special certifying authority before it can be designated "IGP".
  • Acidity: 6%
