Description
Pata Negra, the best ham from Spain, is sliced by hand using a special knife. The meat comes from pure acorn-fed pigs, that need one to two hectares of oak forest each. The meat is aged for at least 36 months. The taste is almost indescribable and is a must for any gourmet!
Tip: bring the meat to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before consumption!
