Long forgotten, aromatic camellina oil has been newly rediscovered and is making a comeback. During the Celtic period, this aromatic plant was a major source of oil that was highly flavourful and long-lasting.
It dry, savoury taste is best used cold as a seasoning oil for salads, sauces, spreads and dips as well as spicy stir-fries.
Note: This valuable oil should only be gently warmed.
