Description

This Egyptian black cumin oil is filtered but not deodourised or refined. The lack of processing means that the oil retains its beautiful golden yellow colour and intense flavour. The mature black cumin seeds come from organic farming and are cold-pressed fresh from the mill. Due to the gentle processing, the oil can be heated to a maximum of 90 ° C. It can also be enjoyed straight out of the bottle! The oil is perfect for making Asian food.
