Tips & Preparation
Rub a medium sized roasting goose with 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the spice blend. Pour a little water in the pan and cook for about 2 hours in the oven. Tip: Serve with roasted potatoes, bread dumplings and red cabbage.
