Description
Remove the bag of salt, add to 70 cl tequila and let it brew for 48 h. Then shake well and strain. Moisten the outer rim of cocktail glasses with a fresh lemon or lime. Then dip the rim into the salt and turn the glass gently until the entire rim is covered. Fill the glasses with the cocktail and enjoy on its own or add a 1/4 lime to the beverage.

Cane sugar, orange and lemon peel, salt with Espelette (fine salt from the Atlantic, red pepper, Piment d'Espelette AOC), lime natural flavor, citric acid, coloring: E102
