Real Bourbon vanilla is considered to be the queen of spices by many. Cultivation, harvesting and fermentation require a lot of experience, care, patience and time. After harvesting, the green vanilla pods are fermented for several months for their aromas to develop optimally.
Use it to refine fruit salads, pastries, whipped cream and desserts. Each jar contains two pods.
