Description
The traditional egg pasta with a width of 2 mm are dried slowly and evenly on paper and then carefully folded before being packaged. Their taste can easily compete with that of homemade pasta. In Italy they are eaten with all kinds of ragouts.
The Linguette are also ideal for quick meals: the need to be cooked for only 2 minutes for the perfect "al dente" texture.
