Description
Fermented buckwheat germ gives this pasta a particularly intense buckwheat aroma. It also contains bioactive nutrients and is high in fibre and phosphorus. The special manufacturing process using extrusion from bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures ensures that the pasta stays firm to the bite after cooking and has improved binding abilities with creamy sauces and pestos.
Tip: Rigatoni is perfect with meat sauces. It is also delicious with creamy sauces and can be baked in casseroles. A hearty treat!
Preparation: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 6 to 7 minutes in plenty of salted water.
