Description

The organic wheat for this flour is grown in central Italy and gently stone-ground in a traditional water mill in Umbria. This preserves the beneficial nutrients and the nutritional values are far superior to those found in conventional flour. In addition, the particularly fine grind makes it easy to work with. It is sustainably packaged in a paper bag.
This single variety wheat flour does not contain any artificial additives because natural purity and well-being are of prime importance at Sapore di Sole.
