Description

The tagliatelle by Sapore di Sole are made with Sicilian Timilia semolina and mineral water from the Nebrodi Mountains. Timilia semolina is said to be the oldest variety of wheat on the island. The pasta is slowly dried for 24 to 72 hours at low temperatures for the perfect texture. It develops a delicious and unique taste when cooked.
