Sapore di Sole Organic Tomato Passata - Yellow Tomatoes, 500 g

This creamy passata is made with 100% yellow tomatoes - an aromatic, subtly sweet variety. The sun-ripened organic tomatoes are processed quickly after harvesting. They are heated in the traditional bain-marie method where the tomatoes are not heated directly but gently in a water bath. The full palette of aromas and nutrients is thereby largely retained in the finished product. Perfect to make a variety of pasta sauces and soups.
