Sapore di Sole sources the freshly harvested beans from Loro Ciuffenna, which lies directly on the slopes of Pratomagno for their Zolfini al Fiasco. The small beans are harvested when they are fully mature and processed. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with garlic, sage, pepper and salt.
