Description
Take a foray into the culinary traditions of Tuscany. The Zolfino bean, a bean typical to the Pratomagno mountains, preserved in extra virgin olive oil is perfect as an appetiser, for serving as a side and for preparing sauces and pestos.
Sapore di Sole sources the freshly harvested beans from Loro Ciuffenna, which lies directly on the slopes of Pratomagno for their Zolfini al Fiasco. The small beans are harvested when they are fully mature and processed. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with garlic, sage, pepper and salt. Enjoy the unique flavours of Tuscany on your plate.
