Description
EIGOLD egg pasta contains 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. Made with fine durum wheat semolina, the pasta retains a firm bite when cooked - a real treat for the palate!
Macronelli is a classic hollow Italian pasta shape. Thanks to the ribbed, slightly twisted surface and generous cavity, this pasta goes well with hearty stews and ragouts and many Italian sugos. Can also be used to make casseroles.
Note: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 5 minutes.
