Description

EIGOLD egg pasta contains 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. Made with fine durum wheat semolina, the pasta retains a firm bite when cooked - a real treat for the palate!

The 4 to 5 cm long spiral-shaped pasta are perfect when served with a tomato sauce or a hearty bolognese.

Note: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 6 minutes.
