Description

These durum wheat farfalle are simply delicious and taste great with a hearty sauce or tasty pesto.

Due to the bronze moulds used to make the pasta, the pasta has a rough surface that allows it to absorb sauce well. It increases in volume during cooking and almost retains its entire protein content.
