Mill & Mortar Organic Kandyan Curry

This fine curry blend contains delicious ingredients like coriander, fennel seeds, black pepper, cumin, ginger, cardamom, cloves, Ceylon cinnamon and curry leaves.

Preparation: briefly fry the curry blend in hot oil before adding other ingredients to the pan as this best brings out the natural flavours of the spices and herbs. You can season your curry dish with a bit of salt and a pinch of sugar to bring out even more yummy notes. If you like spicy food, consider throwing in a pinch of chilli pepper too!
