Qualitätsfleischerei Feiertag Pork Crackling Spread

A delicious spread that combines two Styrian specialities: 50% lard and 50% crackling, stirred together when cold. Styrian butcher Feiertag uses a traditional recipe and regionally sourced ingredients from Styrian Woazschwein pig farmers who practice animal welfare husbandry. The rustic taste is best enjoyed with sourdough rye bread and wine, cider or grape juice.
