Pulled Pork BBQ is prepared by cooking a large piece of pork shoulder slowly and over a long period of time so that the meat is very tender. After pulled pork is cooked the meat is tender enough to be pulled apart with a fork and melts in you rmouth.

Since the flavor remains relatively neutral during cooking, the right spices is even more important for a successful BBQ. Pulled Pork Seasoning is a noble blend of finely smoked paprika, spicy chili, the best brown Demerara Sugar and many other ingredients to give the meat a special flavor.

The best result for a crust is achieved by smearing the pork with mustard and Pulled Pork Seasoning and allowing it to dry. Then wrap tightly in plastic wrap and let rest for another 12-24 hours in the refrigerator.
