Tucked away at Dorfplatz 8 in Weitendorf, southern Styria, the Stoisser-Hubmann family lovingly makes this pumpkin seed oil. The oil is carefully pressed from 100% Styrian pumpkin seeds from their farm. The freshly squeezed oil is filled into these special clay bottles to preserve its delicious flavour. In fact, the family won the “Prämierter Steirischer Kernölbetrieb 2020” award for pumpkin seed oil.
The classic nutty flavour of the oil goes well with salads, egg dishes and vegetables and tastes wonderful on vanilla ice cream.
