Quai Sud Rum Spice Salsa Cocktail Mix

The Rum Spice Salsa Cocktail Mix is made with cinnamon, lemon, lemongrass, pineapple, ginger and mint. Enjoy the mix with fresh lemon juice and sugar to make a punch or use it as a base for popular rum cocktails such as Planter's Punch, Mojitos, Caipirinhas or Mai Tais.

Preparation:

• Pour 70 cL white rum over the spices. Mix with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar or honey. Let it steep for 3 weeks, then strain.
