Biowein Ploder-Rosenberg Tart Balsamic Vinegar

This tart balsamic vinegar is made with a carefully reduced vinegar. It is processed under low heat, carefully reduced and then matured in a wooden barrel with dark grape juice.

The grape balsamic vinegar gives your food a powerful splash of colour. The taste is persistently fruity with a tart note that is wonderfully sweet on the finish.
