The vegetables for this sweet and sour zucchini chutney come from the Stoisser-Hubmann family's own farm in southern Styria, Austria. The vegetables are carefully boiled down with fine spices to create a tasty chutney. The chutney goes particularly well with grilled foods and soft cheese.
