This proven combo of fennel, aniseed and caraway is the ideal drink at the end of a meal. This loose-leaf organic tea blend from Sonnentor has a unique flavour profile, with a harmonious mix of gentle spice and natural sweetness, carried by the essential aromas of each ingredient.
The perfect drink to end a sumptuous meal.
Preparation:
- Take a heaped teaspoon for one cup (200 ml).
- For a more intense flavour, crush the herbs in a mortar before preparation.
- Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep for a maximum of 10 minutes.
