This pickling seasoning mix is perfect for curing meat and is suitable for both dry and vacuum peeling.

  • 60 g pickling salt is sufficient for one kilogram of meat.


  • Rub the meat with the seasoning mixture and then add to a vacuum bag or store in a suitable container for 14 days in the refrigerator.
