Description

This full-bodied composition with garlic and chilli actually goes well with everything. It is especially tasty with Mediterranean vegetables like eggplant or zucchini and pasta.

The basil and oregano, which are key for any Mediterranean blend, create a classic Mediterranean universal spice - for light and summery meals.

Our tip for a fast pasta dish:

- Mix three teaspoons of the Aglio & Peperoncino spice with a little bit of hot pasta water and let stand briefly

- Strain the pasta, do wash it off. Put it back in the pot, then add some olive oil and the seasonings

- Stir, then heat briefly - the heat brings out the flavours of the spices

- Serve with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
