Stay Spiced! DIY BBQ Sauce

A good bbq sauce is essential for a successful barbecue party. Since homemade barbecue sauce really does taste best, this spice mix can be used to create your own! This spice mix has everything a deliciously flavourful barbecue sauce needs. Impress your friends and family!

How to make delicious bbq sauce:

Ingredients:

• 1 litre of coke
• 800 ml ketchup
• 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 5 tsp light soy sauce
• 500 g cherry jam
• Lime juice
• 1 tbsp liquid smoke
• Approx. 90 g spice mixture

How to prepare:

Reduce the cola to approx. 1/4 litre, stir in all other ingredients and let it thicken. Then add the spice mixture and simmer gently for another 10 minutes.

Fill into clean, preheated bottles, turn over and let cool.

Filled in beautiful flip-top bottles and use as gifts or save for your next get together.
